City sidewalk pavement, cement and smooth
march to school means dusty shoes
Brita filter leaves water pure
...wait it's not bottled? I'm not so sure
Dole spring mix with ranch oh so nice
vegetables come at a hefty price
dial 911, ambulance is there
drive 15 minutes, no bars anywhere

All these resources, taken for granted.
Since coming here, my world's turned slanted.
Not all that's gone I truly miss,
just has me thinking: do I want or need this?
